BioCool SO100 BioCool SO100 is a conventional emulsifiable cutting oil for the machining and grinding of ferrous and nonferrous metals. It is formulated with no chlorine. BioCool SO100 is a combination of high quality vegetable oil and emulsifiers that form stable, milky-white emulsions when mixed with water. BioCool SO100 is does an excellent job of cooling and lubrication.For general machining, mix 20:1 with water. For heavy duty machining, mix 15:1 with water and for heavy stamping, drawing, piercing and forming use neat or mix 4:1 with water. BioCool SSC BioCool SSC is a heavy duty semi-synthetic water soluble coolant designed for ferrous and some nonferrous metals. It is based on renewable canola base stocks, emulsifiers, rust inhibitors, and a chlorinated extreme pressure agent for heavy duty operations and extended tool life.For heavy duty machining, use at 10-15:1 with water. For moderate to light duty applications use at 15-25:1. For grinding, use at 20-30:1, depending on the balance required between detergency and lubricity. BioCut 1500, 2200, 3200, 4600 BioCut 1500, 2200, 3200, 4600 products are readily biodegradable, general purpose metal working fluids for ferrous and nonferrous metals. It can be used on a wide range of operations, including pipe threading, tapping, screw machines, and CNC machines. It is recommended where surface finish and tool life are critical. BioCut products are sulfur and chlorine free and are pleasant to work with for better operator acceptance. ISO Grades 15, 22, 36 & 46.BioCut FG2000 BioCut FG2000 is a readily biodegradable, food grade general purpose cutting fluid. It reduces friction, dissipates heat, and extends cutting tool life. BioCut FG2000 high Oleic structure protects tools and metal materials. BioCut FG2000is NSF registered as meeting the guidelines of an H1 product for incidental food contact, and is suitable for use as a general-purpose metal and thread-cutting fluid in food processing and packaging environments. |
