BioBlend's Lube Flush & Clean is a new bipolar flushing compound used in hydraulic, compressor, gear, bearing and other lubricated systems to clean and purge all previous lubricants, wear debris and moisture.  BioBlend's Lube Flush & Clean has found a new application in cleaning the residue from the heat transfer tubes in asphalt plants. In some cases the restriction of flow and the insulation caused by buildup of internal hydrocarbon deposits will lower the efficiency rating of a heat transfer unit to 30-40%. BioBlend's Lube Flush & Clean will remove, in most cases with one application, most of the baked on hydrocarbon residue and return the system to maximum efficiency for quicker heat ups and lower energy costs.
