Foodstream Biolube C&C-FFG is a readily biodegradable penetrating oil that has a unique foaming action to deeply penetrate the deepest grooves and tightest strands.  This product is optimized for chain and cable applications but is perfect for use as a general use lubricant, and is designed to withstand oven and conveyor chains, wire ropes, cables and overhead chains, trolleys and slideways. Its excellent lubricity and temperature stability provide smooth mechanical performance and superior antiwear protection. Biolube C&CFFG is designed not to run or drip but soak in and around the pins on chains and between the strands of wire rope.

At 2,500 pounds of load on the Falex machine a typical H1 food grade foaming chain lubricant failed to hold up. The pin not only has deep gouges, but it snapped into two pieces.

The pin and Vee blocks used to test the Biolube C&C-F were taken out at 2,500 pounds of load and look like they are just starting to break in.

BiolubeC&C-F utilizes a unique system that creates very small bubbles which help the lubricant to creep into the pins on chains. The product is designed for maximum penetration and minimum run off.
