Options de conversion<\/h2>\n

Optimally, if you can perform a complete drain and fill of your system, you\u2019ll be in great shape. In this scenario, you will completely remove all lubrication product from the system. In some cases, you may wish to also flush the system to remove heavy deposits of sludge, varnish and other oxidation by-products, dirt, metal shavings, etc.). However, this can be a costly process both with regard to time and consumables. Most BioBlend biodegradable lubricants \u2013 such as our high-performance greases, industrial and construction hydraulic oils<\/a>, gear oils<\/a>, et rock drill oils<\/a> \u2013 are compatible with mineral-based systems and the entire system does not need to be completely drained and flushed. The only exception is PAG synthetics (polyalkyleneglycol) which are incompatible with conventional petroleum fluids and conventional synthetic fluids. You may notice deposits in your filters, which will require changing earlier than with your former lubricant. That\u2019s because those unwanted contaminates are being removed as part of the performance of the product.\u00a0 As the contaminants are removed, filter changes will return to normal levels.<\/p>\n

Planification, pr\u00e9paration et processus<\/h2>\n

  5. Vidangez le syst\u00e8me d'huile de graissage en ouvrant le r\u00e9servoir d'huile principal et en pompant le r\u00e9servoir jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit vide, puis remplacez le filtre \u00e0 huile\/la cartouche par un neuf.<\/li>\n
  6. Assurez-vous que les but\u00e9es de vidange d'huile sont remises en place et bien serr\u00e9es. Remplissez le syst\u00e8me d'huile de graissage avec le nouveau fluide biod\u00e9gradable BioBlend recommand\u00e9.
