Libération de forme concrète
BioLube CFR is a facilement biodégradable product formulated as a concrete release agent for the concrete construction forming industry for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is designed to produce a void free concrete surface and aid in the release of the form from hardened concrete on a wide range of forming materials without creating a chemical action or causing harm to the concrete. BioLube CFR's low toxicity formula protects vegetation, wildlife, and the environment and is easy to apply with a brush, spray, or roller. Wood forms after repeated use will become water repellent and last longer. Coverage is approximately 600-1500 square feet per gallon depending on form material.

Questions fréquemment posées
What Can Be Used for Concrete Release?
Concrete release agents are used to prevent concrete from bonding to forms, molds, or equipment. BioLube CFR is a purpose-built concrete form release agent that creates a clean separation, helping preserve form surfaces and improve finished concrete appearance.
Is a Concrete Release Agent Necessary?
Yes, in most applications. A concrete release agent reduces sticking, minimizes surface defects, extends form life, and speeds up stripping. Using a dedicated product like BioLube CFR also reduces cleanup time and improves jobsite efficiency.
Can You Use Diesel as a Release Agent for Concrete?
Diesel fuel is sometimes used as a low-cost alternative, but it can damage forms, stain concrete, create health hazards, and violate environmental regulations. BioLube CFR is a safer, biodegradable alternative that delivers consistent results without the risks associated with diesel.
Can I Use WD-40 as a Concrete Release Agent?
WD-40 is not designed for concrete release and can cause inconsistent finishes, surface defects, and unnecessary cost. A purpose-formulated release agent like BioLube CFR ensures proper coverage, clean separation, and predictable performance.
What Is a Substitute for a Concrete Form Release Agent?
While makeshift substitutes exist, they often introduce safety, quality, and environmental concerns. A dedicated product like BioLube CFR is the most reliable substitute, offering controlled release, reduced form wear, and environmentally responsible performance.
